TEHRAN, Iran - It's official. An Iranian woman convicted of adultery will not be stoned to death - for now.
The top judicial official in the woman's province said yesterday that Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani might still be executed if the judiciary chooses, despite Western protests.
